Strontium encourages osteoblasts to promote bone formation, while modulating the activity of bone-clearing osteoclasts. The mineral increases calcium absorption and is associated with improved bone architecture and strength. Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules once daily before bed, with or without food. For best absorption, take strontium at least two hours apart from calcium.
